Since we are so busy selling and buying cars we didn't have the time to devote to using the online sources available to us to reach out to customers via the web. This being said, we decided to hire a Social Networking/Customer Relations Manager who help take care of us online.
So, we put out a listing and hired Sarah Zmina for the position. She is a recent graduate of Indiana University Kokomo and has learned many of the ways we can be successful on today's social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, and Flickr. In addition to managing our social networking presence she also keeps our inventory updated by entering data about vehicles and taking pictures for people to see. She also takes pictures of customers with their new purchases and emails the pictures to them and puts them on Flickr. One of the big things she does for us is edit and maintain the website www.whatadealmotors.com. It's important that we keep the site fresh and the content relevant.
